Owen Brook


Owen is a PhD student whose research focuses on developing methods that leverage natural dynamics to achieve efficient control and system design. His interdisciplinary work combines principles from dynamical systems, machine learning, and control systems. Recent projects have exploited the sensitivity of chaos to achieve low energy data-driven control in orbital mechanics, alongside ongoing work into robotics and bio-inspired approaches. Through this interdisciplinary approach, Owen seeks to develop intuitive and reliable methods that might be used across a broad range of fields.
